1. Return Policy
1.1 At Continents Beauty, we strive to ensure customer satisfaction with every purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, you can return products within 14 days of receipt.
1.2 The product must be in its original, undamaged condition and in its original packaging unless the item is defective or there was an error in delivery.
2. Return Conditions
2.1 The return request must be made within 14 days of receiving the product.
2.2 To initiate a return, contact our customer service at omniaeuropa@continentsfashiongroup.com. Please include your order number, the item you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
2.3 Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is defective or incorrectly delivered.
3. Refunds
3.1 Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process the refund within 14 days. The refund will be issued using the same payment method you used for the original order.
3.2 We reserve the right to issue a partial refund if the product shows signs of use or is not in its original condition.
4. Exceptions to the Return Policy
4.1 Customized or hygiene products (such as makeup, hair products, etc.) cannot be returned unless they are defective.
4.2 Items returned after the 14-day return period will not be eligible for return or refund.
5. Damaged or Incorrect Products
5.1 If your product is damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact our customer service immediately. We will cover the return shipping costs and arrange for a replacement or refund.
